FAA’s Finding of No Significant Impact / Record of Decision

The FAA Memphis Airports District Office issued a Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) and Record of Decision (ROD). The FAA’s ROD provides the final environmental determination and approval by the FAA, as lead federal agency, to implement federal actions needed for the Proposed Action. The ROD identifies required mitigation. The Notice of Availability of FAA’s Finding of No Significant Impact and Record of Decision was published on September 8, 2023.
